Urgent Care TX - Lancaster

I was so nervous they couldn’t help me with my minor injury. I broke my nail in half while walking my dog, but I came anyway. They were not even sure upfront, but nurse practitioner Lizzy was confident she could help me and she did! We got my nail off w/ minimal hassle. After a quick soak and wrap I was on my way in less than two hours. They are also an official VA center. So I paid nothing. Crazy right?! Currently awaiting my antibiotics. Don’t hesitate. They take all forms of insurance and they get you in and out.

Very clean clinic and pretty wood floors. Waiting time very short. Each time I came I was brought to a room really quick. The medical assistant Mona was nice and listened to me. Elizabeth Mora the Nurse Practitioner listened to my concerns and made me feel better after treatment. Very professional clinic

Jennifer at the front desk greeted us super sweet and had such an upbeat spirit upon our arrival. The Medical Assistant Elizabeth was a sweetheart as well she was very patient and so kind with my grand daughter for her appointment. Lizzy, our provider was so nice and treated my grandbaby with compassion. She has great bedside manners. I had seen Lizzy here once before as my provider when I wasn’t feeling well and she took great care of me. I highly recommend Urgent Care TX Lancaster!!! This team here rocks!!!! Thank you all so kindly for all that you do!

Very clean and Elizabeth is very sweet people person.. Helpful with blood pressure, I get nervous When I come to dr office.. I felt so comfortable.. Thanks

Visited this urgent care for the first time. Although the wait time was longer than expexted, the front desk staff was very polite. When I was called to the back, there was 90s R&B music playing which created a relaxed "laid back" atmosphere. The MA, Elizabeth, was very nice and professional. After I explained my symptoms, she thoroughly asked questions to ensure she accurately documented my symptoms. After noting my symptoms, she advised flu and strep testing. I have had bad experiences with flu/covid collections previously, but Elizabeth assured me she would do a great job at collecting the samples. I trusted her, and she collected both swabs for flu and strep quickly and I didn't feel much discomfort at all.
