  I would like to commend the outstanding management and staff at this location. I was a recent tenant of several years and must say my experience was truly AMAZING! I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and have never experienced such professionalism, caring and exceptional service. I would like to extend a VERY SPECIAL thanks to LINDA ????she is a true and valuable asset to this company!! She has been an Angel ???? not only with her professionalism but her caring, down to earth and graceful personality. You can hear her Smile through the phone with just the simple courtesy call but with care just to see how your day is going! I moved from the city a few years ago and the staff maintained wonderful communication and assisted me long distance with any/all issues or concern that came about and made sure I understood everything and for that I SAY THANK YOU-THANK YOU-THANK YOU!!!! I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a AMAZING storage facility in the area. You can count on a wonderful & friendly staff, open communication, caring and professionalism every step of the way, and a safe and clean facility for your belongings. ????????????????????????????????????????????????

  This is our first time using Public Storage. Ms. Linda was so very helpful! She helped us find the right size for what we needed, and walked us through the process so patiently! We will definitely use Public Storage again, and highly recommend this particular property because of the excellent customer service we received from Ms. Linda and the quality storage facility.

  I’m a first time storage user! Ms. Stormi was amazing and made the process so easy. The transition went well and she helped me find the perfect space that suited my needs! Great location and customer service!

  The customer service was amazing. Cathy gave us a great discount and helped us out! And the month by month was even lower than quoted. This public storage is blessed by having her to walk you through everything you need. 10/10 would recommend. The only negative thing is their climate controlled area was very warm when we walked in the building. We were assured that they have to keep it below 80. So take it as you will. Definitely ask for Cathy !
