Crescent Outpatient Physical Therapy

It's been a privilege to attend outpatient therapy from location. All staff members are polite and professional. We have a regimen fit for my needs and I'm coming along gracefully. There's improvement with flexibility and range of motion. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs therapy.

This is my second experience with this department within the last three years.
I can honestly say that they're constantly looking out for your well being.
My first time was for my personal health care, this time it's due to an accident. I was in a lot of pain and my range of motion was almost zero in my right shoulder. That first day, in November 2021, I came out feeling 90% better! I may be exaggerating a little, but it was a great feeling to be relieved of such pain. I still attend my sessions and my results are great.

Receptionist, she's always pleasant and efficient. This department's Supervisor, he's is very knowledgeable and aware of a patient's physical and emotional well-being, at least for me, anyway. His heart is in making sure he does his job well and keeping abreast of my progress.

My therapist is a jewel! She's gifted at being a physical therapist! She's patient, attentive, kind, and she's helping me feel so much better.

The facility is always tidy.

You may end up spending a short time here or longer, but for me they've become an extention of my health care and family.

OMG!! The Crescent outpatient physical therapy has truly been a godsend facility I started in January I was in so much pain but every day that I came to the facility for my therapy from the young lady at the front desk Miss Jess to my therapist Reamy to my doctor. (Dr. H) has been awesome. They do not make you feel as if you are just another patient but that you are family. Everyone goes beyond their professional duties to make sure that you receive the very best care possible. I also love the way that they greet you with a smile and when you leave also with the same Energy. No words can describe how they have taken care of me and I’m forever grateful. So I would definitely recommend this facility for all your physical therapy needs.

I have been going here for two months. When I first started attending Crescent for thearpy, I was on a walker with the chair because I couldn't walk far. I have finished 8 sessions. I have been off my walker for a month and a half. I am doing so much better. The staff are friendly and they care. If you want to get better, this is the place to go. I have 8 more visits scheduled and I can't wait to see the end results. At Crescent they have excellent people skills. The physical therapist are great and so is the front staff.

I had a total knee replacement surgery back on 11/19/2020 and were referred to Crescent Outpatient physical therapy. I must say that the staff and therapist are top notch! If I ever need physical therapy again, this is the place I want to do my therapy. I have no say that I am more than satisfied!
