The Barons

I loved my apartment, it has big windows and high ceilings. Very spacious cabinets space in the BATHROOM and KITCHEN.

Location was great when we first moved in, manager Paul and staff were great and property was very well maintained. We had several service requests in the first few months and management and maintenance would address it quickly. Even when we moved in and did a walk through there were a few areas of missed paint and they had it done in 10 minutes. Signed 2 leases here but the second has been much less enjoyable. During that second lease we had a water leak in our ceiling that caused our mattress to mildew and the barons fought our insurance on liability. They now require you purchase their own coverage through their own provider and if you review that policy you pay for, it in no way protects the resident and fully favors the property especially in a situation such as we had (water leaks) so please please purchase your own insurance as well.

We also had a few good friends in neighboring buildings with similar issues, one of which had an outdoor closet that leaked and severely molded and the property just put a plastic sheet over it and he lost the usage of that for months until ultimately leaving.

EDIT: although there are still some issues being worked out in this property it does look like management is making a real effort to improve. Overall I’ve been happier with the barons than any other complex I’ve had experience with and I’ve decided to sign another lease for a third year. Congrats and thank you to the barons team for showing professionalism and a continuous effort.

I have lived at this property 5+ years and it has been a great experience. Definitely one of the nicest, cleanest and quietest place I've lived in. Great for families as well. The office staff is always super friendly and are always able to take care of all my needs right away. The manager is super nice and professional. Would recommend this property to anyone! 10/10
