Memorial MRI & Diagnostic

The employees were friendly and the woman who did the sonogram knew her business. She was thorough. The office had a nice looking Christmas tree. The reception area was clean and roomy.

I am very afraid of MRIs because of the noise and the claustrophobia, but I knew I needed one.
I had the best MRI experience of my life here! The two wonderful people at the front desk were very kind, helpful and very patient with me. The Imaging professional went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. I will only be going here now for my Imaging needs. Highly recommended!

We went yesterday for my father's MRI. The team are very professional. The girl who registered us in the front is amazing, smiling all the time, speaking respectfully and super politely, and she is very clear with instructions. Then, another team member came and took my father to the MRI room. He was also very professional, welcoming, and respectful. My father finished his MRI in 45 minutes.
Today we went to our other clinic. They told us that still they didn't receive the results. We didn't know that we should ask the MRI center to send it faster. I called the center again, and the lady helped me directly. She sent the notice to the doctor to send us the results. She was very professional and respectful.
Truly, thank you for the beautiful treatment and professional work.
I would also stop on the nice decoration of the waiting room. I took many pictures. I really love it. And it is very comfortable to stay and wait at. They also opened Netflix shows for us while waiting.
I would also add that the moment we arrived, the girls in the front didn't stop calling the other clients to make sure about their appointments.
We were really very satisfied. 👍👌

Excellent service from staff from my experience. The staff was great from beginning to end. The receptionist that checked me in was nice, fast, and professional. There was no wait time. Clean & spacious environment. My technician was knowledgeable, and she made sure I understood the procedure. I would recommend this location!

I took my cousin for an MRI 1/19/202 our experience was exceptional! The lady that checked us in was wonderful and efficient. The young man that took us back and did her IV was super attentive. Which brings me to the MRI technician, she was fantastic! There were some issues no fault of theirs with missing information. As I was trying to get in touch with a doctors office she discovered that my cousin could not get an MRI due to a prior procedure. I am so grateful for her through help! Honestly, she provided me more information in 30 minutes then a five day hospital stay 3 months ago! Thank you so much for your service!!
