Me and my husband have been living in an Epps managed home for a little over 3 years and we have loved it. On the few occasions when we need something repaired or other issues arise, the Epps team and especially Melinda & Sherry, have handled it quickly and with quality contractors who do quality work. We hope to stay here for the foreseeable future. Or if the need to move comes, we hope to stay in the Epps family.

I have recently had the pleasure of moving into one of their homes. I absolutely love it . Their were a few minor fixes but Sherry and Melinda were on top of it. I am Absolutely greatful for them they have been so attentive on every little thing absolutely wonderful ladies. They have great maintenance people friendly and they are right on it. They all give it 100% great group of people.

Posting as a tenant with a family, in our second home managed by Epps. They offer the "personal touch" that big corporations don't, like advocating for us with our landlords through some very frustrating situations. Our biggest complaint is inconsistent communication. With some things (like maintenance requests) they are very prompt; with other things (lease questions, deposit returns) we've had to wait a long time or reach out to them when we felt they should have reached out to us. Overall, we've had a good experience and will continue renting with Epps.

I have been a tenant almost 3 years. I have had very few problems, but when I have needed something done, all i have had to do is send an email or call and they respond promptly. I have not had a problem that they did not take care of in a timely manner! Epps Realty is the best! Thank you for always being available!!

Every experience we have had with Epps has been great. We moved into our home in April of 2023. Jessica Long is our realtor there and she got us exactly what we were asking. 4 bed 2.5 bath 2 car garage and 2,800 sq ft. Great price as well. We are in a great neighborhood and it's very safe and quiet. Anytime we have a maintenance request they reach out same day to arrange the repair. They reach out once completed to check and make sure everything was fixed. I truly love Epps and appreciate how seamless our interactions are. From the application process to moving into the home it all was a breeze!
