The Pines of Palos Verdes Apartments

I absolutely, just LOVE my townhome! The area is perfect. Steps away from walking trails and the beautiful pond where you can feed the ducks! It’s quiet, clean and I feel safe! The office staff, Diane and Debbie are unbeatable!!! You will not find better customer service, and this coming from someone in customer service!! Maintenance is fast and goes the extra mile to help! There aren’t word to express the amount to relief it is to finally find a place to “home”. Somewhere I plan on staying for a long time! Thank you, Mrs.Diane and Mrs. Debbie! This place is a hidden gem!!

What a great property. Debbie Diane Fernando Wes ❤. The property was well- maintained, the inside of units were remodeled. Office replied promptly, all maintenance requests were answered swiftly. The grounds and pool were magnificent! Highly recommend this property!

Nice, calm and quiet area. About a half mile away from a park with a paved biking/walking trail, and not too far away from the local mall. It's a nice place to live in; I like it.
