(December 18, 2019, 2:14 pm)My experience so far with “The Storage Place” has been great. The office staff has always been polite and friendly. The facility is clean, secure, and well kept. I’ve had no problems getting to my things whenever I need to. I would definitely recommend them to friends/family.

It appears to be secluded, quiet, tidied landscape, and not too far from the freeway.
Although it’s a bit pricier than other storage places, it’s clean, organized, and secure. You get what you pay, for a peace of mind.
On my first visit, the property manager is friendly, warm, patient, and accommodating.
Unlike my second visit, the assistant manager was rushed and impatient with my questions, in which did not know the answers to. I was referred to read the documents online. What a turn off in a business standpoint!
A positive customer service experience is a staple of business. This assistant manager needs to take classes on better customer care.
Although my experience with this assistant manager rubbed me off, everything else was 5 star rated. I’m happy and contented to have chosen this place thus far.
(October 11, 2019, 7:33 am)Very happy with my initial experience with The Storage Place in Mesquite. Elena was more than helpful getting me set up with a unit. In fact, while dealing with a personal situation of her own, she was friendly, professional and courteous. Elena even took the time to sweep out the unit as it was a bit "dusty." The grounds, office and storage units are clean and in good condition. The price I found online was exactly the price I contracted for. I'd quickly recommend their facility to any who may be looking to rent a storage unit.
(August 20, 2019, 9:49 am)This place is GREAT! It’s clean and well organized. The ladies in the Office are super nice and professional. One of the main reasons I picked this place is because no matter what time I go to access my space, is peaceful and it feels very safe. Thank you Ladies for your outstanding customer service ????????
