It was my first visit at this particular facility. When I walk in I thought to myself oh no! Because it was so crowded. But then I started to notice people were being called as quickly as they were coming out from the back. The attendance that work at the facility were very helpful and thoughtful. I realized that the facility was so crowded because it was 8:30 on a Monday morning haha! I will definitely be returning to this facility again. Thanks Mesquite Concentra!
The staff and doctors are really good and thorough. I especially enjoyed my therapy with Grace. She is a true professional. If my wait time to see the doctors was a little less, I would give 5 stars.
My experience at Concentra was great. The wait time was quick, the staff was nice, and the test was quick and painless. (Just a drug test so no pain involved)
They were extremely busy when I visited and they still managed to provide a pre employment physical and drug screen. They were fast and efficient yet still friendly. Very satisfied.
