NAIL SPA

I’ve been here twice and will be back again and again. The nail techs are all super sweet and professional. They do such a great job engaging with my five year old daughter, too!

The staff are friendly! I was greeted immediately, very professional and organized nail spa. The technician (Kathy) who did my pedicure did an excellent job and she made sure I was clear as well as satisfied with what I wanted. I am very picky and I felt very comfortable. I am very happy with the services and the quality as well as the customer service!! :)

I just moved to Texas and I just fell in love with this nail salon . I made it five minutes before they closed and they gave me excellent service. They didn’t rush me out the door. She took her time and made me feet feel wonderful. It so relaxing at this nail salon . I can’t wait to come back and bring my teenage daughter . I am picky so if I’m giving them five stars then it’s a A plus for me .

I enjoy coming here for Kathy to do my pedicure. The only issue I had today was I came on Saturday waited for Kathy but she had 3 people in front of me. I tried making an appointment for Sunday and was told appointments aren’t available on the weekend. I arrived at 10:25 am Sunday Morning to get in to see Kathy first, waited 25 minutes knowing the salon opened at 11 am to be told that the lady behind has an appointment with Kathy. I have reservations at a restaurant for a birthday celebration in Addison that I needed to be at by 1:30.

I’ve been coming here for over a year and I like the service that Kathy provides very much. Being treated like this was not acceptable.
