Chili's Grill & Bar

My husband and I went to Chili’s in Mesquite on this evening and had very good customer service. The bartender Jimmy was excellent and the food was delicious. I had left my phone on the bar and was home a couple of hours before I realized I didn’t have it. I called it and thank God Jimmy had found it and held it until I picked it up. Jimmy gave us good customer service and was very attentive to us. The place was busy and he didn’t miss a beat. Thank you Jimmy for looking out. God bless you.

I love those baby back ribs our waiter Savion was the best it was his 3rd day on the job he did well give him a raise !

My husband and I placed an order at the wrong Chili’s location. The manager, Ms. Kristy, took complete care of us. She even called the other location to inform them of the situation. We didn’t have to pay twice, we didn’t have to worry about 5-7 business days for a refund. She absolutely made the best out of a bad situation. I love this location. Every Chilli’s in this region should use Ms. Kristy as their customer service instructor.
