I can’t say enough good things about Zach’s amazing customer service, expertise and knowledge of products. This is actually the 2nd bed I have bought from him. He use to work in at an Irving location and transferred to this location. His customer service was so phenomenal that I tracked him down to this location to specifically buy another mattress from him. No pushy sales. He steered me in the right direction, listened carefully to my needs, likes and dislikes. I love my first mattress so much that it brought me back to Zach to buy this 2nd I needed for my guest bedroom.
