Linda Carmack: Allstate Insurance

I was hit by an allstate insured driver. I contacted his agent Tommy chow in Richardson and my experience was awful I couldn't get registered I couldn't get a confirmation number all I got was a link and could not understand why she wouldn't help me I got to the point were I had enough of this agent doing nothing for me. I called the 800 number and fought with the computer since I can't get a confirmation number. I finally had enough and Google an agent in Mesquite Linda Carmack and went to ask for help. The staff members were just so nice I don't remember her name but she spent over a HOUR of her time trying to register my claim she experience how difficult the agent was the agent spelled all of my information wrong with made it impossible to get a confirmation number. I was able to finally able to file a claim because of Linda Carmack staff member, and she was the reason I got my car in for repair.
