I had a stripped lug bolt on a tire that I needed to change due to it having a bubble in the sidewall. I had a 15hr drive and needed it fixed ASAP. Numerous other shops said they couldn't fix it or I had to wait until Monday. Tiffany at Town East Automotive was awesome the second she picked up the phone. She instantly stated we can fix that problem. Once I brought the spare tire and the new lug bolt, she had me on my way in no time even though they were very busy on a Saturday. Thanks again!!

I have been going to Town East Automotive for several years now and this is the only place I will take my car. Tiffany is extremely nice and very personable and always greets you with a big smile. All of the mechanics are very nice and they take good care of their customers. More importantly, they are very honest. They tell you only what you need done and don’t try to sell you on unnecessary services. Everyone here is the best and I’ve recommended them to several people. If you need any auto service or repair at all, this is the place to go!

I’ve been using Town East automotive for approximately 6 years and I’m always satisfied with the quality of work and reasonable prices. I drive an older model car and it doesn’t seem to phase the at all. Also, I’ve noticed Al sorts of high-end sports cars and ritzy luxury cars being worked on at any given time. They’re honest and up front. They are terrific at communicating with me as the repairs progress. In my 48 years of driving and car ownership I’ve never experienced such a straightforward group in the automotive repair business. I’ve recommended them to numerous friends and coworkers. My next car will be taken care of by Town East Automotive.

Wow! First class experience at Town East Automotive. I took a chance on them after seeing their amazing reputation and feedback from other customers. They changed the entire suspension on my truck along with a full tuneup. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and didn’t try to sell me on things that I didn’t need.
