I have been going to this location for over 5 years for blood work, urine tests and annual physical reviews.

Using the appointment booking works great. Im in and out in 20 min max. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The ability to check in from my car works great.

I have been taking my parents here since May 2022. We do all lab work here. The team are very professional. I always make my appointments online. When I go there, I check in through my phone directly. I think people also checkin directly or same day through the electronic check in inside the building. There is like a small touch screen where you enter your information and take pictures for your insurance and ID. Then, the system will do all the check in for you. We never waited too long. They take our paper work and directly process the labs. They are really nice and polite. We always find them smiling and welcoming. The whole entire process doesn't take more than 5 minutes.
