Brian went far out of his way to ensure that by the time we finished (a few ours later) the scanner was fully functional and more importantly, that I was happy with the service he provided. I am extremely pleased with both the service on the scanner and the customer service he provided. Thank you! I highly recommend The Scan-R-Store for everything they do!
