“Today I was in a real jam. My battery went out on my vehicle and I was walking distance from AutoZone. I called and spoke to Ivan and he was willing to bring a battery to me and change it out for me. I told him I could jump start it and drive it to the store. Once I arrived he looked up the battery I needed and he got his tools and carried the battery and tools to my vehicle and changed the battery for me. I offered to pay him and he said it was no charge. He did not even accept a tip. He told me he was happy to be of a service to me. It was real hot (over 100 degrees) and I could not park in the shade but he took his time, made sure my vehicle started and told me to have a nice day. This kind of friendly and above and beyond service has caused me to become an AutoZone customer for life. I will never go back to O'Reily or any other parts store. “Today I had a very good experience with Holiday World Mesquite. I had purchased my RV at the Alvarado location but the Mesquite location was much closer to my home. I had problems with my motorized steps and a leaky jack. I had called in a spoke with Nate last week and he said bring it in and we will check it out which I did. Nate immediately helped me on arrival and brought in his technician Jacob to look at the problems. I was impressed they both took the time right then to diagnose the problems order the parts and advise of next steps. They said I made their day by having all my warranty info together but I want to say they made my day in giving me the best service I have ever had and treating me with respect. They knew what they were doing and did not just say "oh leave it with us and we will let you know" typical repair response. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Many thanks to Nate and Jacob a super team...the could teach others how to do business. I would give them 10 stars if i could. Corporate in Houston should give them special recognition. Awesome!”

“I got to the store around 4:15pm. They had many vehicles being worked on and still they were willing to take a look at my car . Most places look at the clock and turn away customers. A lady came in behind me said she believed there to be a nail in one of her tires. The mechanic ( not the one working on my car ) came back saying there was no nail ,her tire pressures were just low. James one of the managers asked him to lift the car and double check the tires again to be sure. I was impressed with the accountability and integrity James showed. It was past 5pm I could tell the mechanic was ready to go, but for James to insist in double checking the tires showed exceptional customer service and great integrity. They didn’t have to do that at all. He also took the time to explain what was going on with my car regarding the headlight and wheel alignment.”
