“We absolutely love Amanda and the rest of the staff at Baylor Scott and White rehabilitation center! Since day one we have felt very welcomed, even though my father and I were nervous on how it would all go in the beginning. Amanda treats my dad as if he is part of her family and wants what’s very best for him! Even if his shoulder pain may not be the best while doing all the exercises, Amanda makes sure he is comfortable! Never a dull moment either! Her sense of humor makes the hour go by a bit faster! “Good bedside manner. Friendly. Not condescending. Knowledgeable. Luckily he was able to determine that my condition didn’t require his care. Sometimes his staff is difficult to reach. I left numerous phone messages. His nurse called me back and was in aware of my attempts to reach her. There was an instance when they canceled a CT scan without informing me. After fasting for 12 hours, I called in advance to double check. That’s what I was informed the procedure has been canceled entirely. That’s probably more of a breakdown with their scheduling service. Still it reflects poorly on institution he represents. I would recommend Dr. Chittoor To a friend.”
