Arboretum Estates

We are giving 4/5. Autumn is the best and we will be missing her, she helped us from the beginning, very accommodating and been friendly to us. Amenities were good to enjoy and relax. Specially their monthly plan, and surprises for the tenants. This is dog friendly community. You can walk around and enjoy some of nature in your balcony or other part of the community.

What I really don’t like is some people who visits the apartment but very rude and racist. Just be aware of those people who come/visit even though they were not supposed to be in your parking. check your sinks or toilets first in your 1st week. You can’t stop the cockroaches.

Autumn is amazing! She answered all of our questions and was so open and personable with us. We were able to laugh and have fun while doing walk throughs. All around great experience! Can't wait to get approved and move in!
