I love Alejandro and his team. The customer service was excellent. He was very responsive to me. I truly feel that he cares and doesn’t treat me like another number! Overall he’s an awesome agent, 10/10 recommend!

I love Alex and Jesse. They have been very helpful and honest with me about my insurance and making sure I get what I need at a decent price. My overall experience with Alex has been nothing but smooth and professional. I have been with Farmers for over 5 years now but Alex has been our agent for just over a year now. Since he has came on board my policies and renewal process have been so easy to deal with. Alejandro Ortiz and Jesse Aragon provide excellent customer service. They are both consistently responsive and take the initiative to provide the most cost-effective coverage. Recently, Jesse saved me almost $600 annually after evaluating my homeowners policies to provide me with the best coverage possible while saving some money. I really appreciate the excellent service and knowing that these insurance agents are knowledgeable and willing to use it to best serve their clients.

I have been working with Alex for several years now. I wouldn’t take my insurance needs anywhere else. I am an investor that flips quite a few properties a year. I also works with a lot of investors that I provide hard money loans to. I can call, text, or email Alex at anytime of the day, night, or weekend and he replies. In my line of business, when I need my loans to be funded quickly, I also need my insurance needs to be taken care of quickly. Alex and now Jesse as well have never disappointed me. They are professional, quick, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with me. I recommend many investors to Alex and Jesse because I wouldn’t go anywhere else myself.

Great job by Mike and his staff at Service King. Timely correspondence about the status of the vehicle and fixed it perfectly, and even got it done a day early. Very impressive work by these guys!

Staff was friendly, recieved text messages along the way, car was vacuumed out and wiped down when I returned to get it, and the car looks nice. Additionally, they were able to complete it for less than than originally quoted which was a positive. Even agreed to return the rental as I picked up my vehicle on a Saturday.

However, 2 things that I had to give feedback on.....I made an appt and had to wait 25 mins to be checked in. I flew over there to honor their time since they allow for online scheduling and then waited which means I could've taken my time getting there no problem. And when receiving my car back I was told about the emailed surveys but "anything under a 10 is considered a fail so please call us first before responding on a survey if you had any issues". I don't think that's fair to other customers. I would've gave a 9 because this location needed to be more adequately staffed as the phone rang with 2 people in the lobby but I refuse to lie for numbers sake so I skipped their survey but wanted to inform people here.

Maybe call before you go and see if it's a good time, idk. Just my thoughts!

To start, this team is amazing! We had our truck broken into the night before we called them , brought it in and they estimated it would be a few days before they would be able to get the parts and install them. It was only a few hours that I received a call from them that it would be ready to pick up the next day. The staff there really took care of us knowing this was our only vehicle since we are from out of town. I highly recommend this shop, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast.

From the time my car was dropped off til the time it was picked up, I was kept informed daily of the progress on the repairs. Brad was very informative from the get go. I would highly recommend everyone if you need any vehicle work done go see them.
