(August 5, 2019, 10:07 pm)I joined adult swimming classes. They put me in advanced training lane after two classes since I knew some basics. In advanced training, the initial trainer was not that experienced, and wasted a week. But later on, got some good trainer who corrected my mistakes and taught, front stroke and back stroke. Now extended one more session and learning treading. Thanks to YMCA.
(December 5, 2018, 1:12 pm)I've coached baseball and football in different leagues around Dallas, this is by far the best referee staff. Sports in the Fall season is tough with inclement weather and the communication from YMCA Richardson is amazing.
(May 4, 2018, 5:30 pm)Richardson YMCA is a hidden gem and I cannot tell enough people about it. From the new cardio equipment to the amazing sports programs, and let's not leave out the group classes. This is a steal and more than a gym! Discounts received on kids activities if you are a member and on-site childcare....I could keep going.
(March 26, 2018, 4:02 pm)This Y is fantastic and like a private club at times. The workout equipment is new and renovations continue. I like where this Y is headed and the all inclusive programs. My membership includes all the classes, programs and the work outs. Other clubs may be cheaper initially but as you add the class and programs the Y is the best price and facility for the money!
