This is exactly what I’m experiencing with this company. I rented a heater and my breaker kept tripping the outlets and at some point the major unit went out. 😡 Turns out my home was not equipped enough to run the unit. That was not good! 😢 My home was NOT treated! All I’m thinking is I’ve spent this money to cure a problem and it did not work. Jazz was great!! I called him repeatedly to inform him of this issue. When he came to pick up the heater he identified the problem. Knowing the heater did not work for me, he sprayed my home and ensured me that he would still help me get rid of the issue.
