Got a 7 topping pizza too go and it was very good. I love the way the toppings were spread out across the whole top, the crust was evenly baked too. We were trying out Blaze Pizza so we thought we'd try as many toppings as possible. I think 7 is too much though, next time, maybe 3 would do. Anyway, we ordered from the app but were there early. Still, we only had to wait about 5 min for our fresh out-of-the-oven pizza. The restaurant, itself, was super clean, and associates were ready to take orders and build pizzas, quiet music was playing. If you order at the counter, you can pick out your toppings, which are behind the glass, kind of like a Subway sandwich place. Definitely will be back.
We drove by and chose The Blaze Pizza. I wasn't sure how to order order the pizza and was unfamiliar with the process. The man behind the counter explained everything and told us to take our time on choosing. It is kind of like a Subway where you can choose your toppings and how much to put on the pizza. They have some specialty pizzas or you can build your own for $8.95. I tried the blood lemonade which is a favorite of customers. I mixed mine with iced tea. My pizza was excellent. I chose to have tomatoes, fresh oregano, goat cheese, mozzarella and fresh spinach added after cooking. My husband chose the meat pizza. He thought it was great too. The service was fabulous and it didn't take long for the pizza to cook.
As soon as I entered i was greeted with a smile. Pizza was a solid 8(in my opinion), I mean you cannot have a bad pizza, because YOU customize it. It is the Chipotle of Pizza, very very similar to the Pie Five pizza place. Prices are not bad(given today's economy). I mean you cannot argue, it is a $8.95 build your own pizza and the toppings are not extra charge. Over all, Great small build your own pizza place to have a nice lunch or dinner with family and/or friends.
My pie was made as I requested it. The ingredients taste very fresh and it was hot. The crust was crispy but not over crispy. The sauce portion was just right. WELL Done Blaze
