This is an amazing group of people. I have never felt like I was in such capable hands. Not only is the quality of medical care world class so is the service. As a new patient my pharmacist made a mistake that was caught by the nurse. The team jumped into action, called my pharmacy to let them know of the issue and took care of every detail. I cannot recommend Dr. Aronoff and his team enough.
Dr. Aronoff is fantastic. It's important to understand that this is a concierge practice, so there is an annual fee. He switched to this model so he can afford to spend additional time on each patient. He is an excellent diagnostitian and well worth the money if you can afford the additional expense.
It looks like one of the past reviews isn't even about Dr. Aronoff. I felt compelled to come leave an accurate review because of the great service I received from Dr. Aronoff and his office. He discovered my thyroid cancer and has been giving me the hormone replacement I need. He spends almost an hour per appointment if you need it to explain your condition and treatment options. He keeps up with current research and explains his choices for my care based on that research. His front desk staff are very friendly. Additionally, staff are on call on the weekends if you have worries. I survived my cancer and feel like the same person I always was thanks to Dr. Aronoff. You won't find a better or more considerate endocrinologist.
I have been going to Stephen for over 5 years. He cured my hyperthyroidism which was a miracle by itself. Ever since then he has become my goto Dr. He is a great human being and a great listener. Most doctors don'y listen and hardly give any time to the patient, but in case of Dr. A, he has the best bed side manners. The staff is very friendly too. One of the R.N.s Gracie is the best when it comes to blood draws. I hope people don't get sick but if they do and need a doctor who CARES Stephen L Aronoff is who need to goto.
