Texas Concierge

This is my second year living at an apartment with the TXConceirge service. I live with two other girls and we are in our 20's so finding the feeling of security while living in the fun of downtown/victory park area was our mission. I have to say it is near impossible finding a place anywhere in Dallas proper with safety as an obvious priority. One of the main reasons we chose the apartment was because of the concierges and it is without a doubt the main reason we resigned a second-year lease. If it weren't for the TX concierges that we love I don't believe we would have resigned. It was one of our biggest deciding factors when determining if we would move or stay. Just knowing we have someone readily available if ever in the garage or just walking in the building- it is so comforting to know they will be there and able to help/call for help at any point in time. Blesson, Ruben and Austin are so great. They have been at our high rise the longest and we really appreciate the longevity of placement for most of the concierges. They are all so friendly, know everyone personally and are always ready to help in any way possible. All apartments have pros and cons but TX concierges out weigh the cons every time :)

Great staff! It feels good to have staff as close as the lobby of the apt / condo, who are fully capable and professional. They are extremely helpful and attentive.

I find it odd and troubling that the individuals that have left negative comments on this page are ex or disgruntled employees, as if this is GlassDoor, Indeed, or any other career/workplace website. It isn't.... A Google review speaks of the level of service the company provides to it's consumer, not about a hourly schedule dislike or bad boss experience. Find the right venue and space for those concerns.

As an actual resident of a property that TX Concierge actually takes care of and someone that uses their services and interacts with them on a daily basis, I can tell you that these are some of the hardest working guys in the business! They are personable, friendly, accommodating, and extremely customer centric. I have seen them work through the challenges of many property management company changes with my building over my course of time here and they have always persevered. I honestly don't think another valet company would've been able to function with what I've seen them be subjected to. Great Job Guys!
