Our service from Dallas and Fernando was very pleasant. We were able to find the car we came in to purchase with a loan that had a reasonable interest rate within our budget. We definitely recommend them both for future purchases.

However! Whatever body shop the dealership uses for repairs is utter TRASH!
We purchased a used car with very minor damage that required no more than 2 days of repair time. Not only did the shop keep our car for over a week, and no clear repair completion time, but the person at the shop who handles the repairs stated the delays to our vehicle weren't a priority because they had other contracts. After getting our car back the mileage was at least 70miles more than what it was when we dropped it off. So not only were the repairs delayed, but they went joyriding in our car. I really hope the dealership contracts with a different shop.
