Bagel Cafe 21

I got the lox bagel on everything. It was pretty good! The bagel was toasted and salmon was great. I wish there was more in the bagel, like avocados/scallions/eggs, but that’s personal preference. The workers were super nice and the store wasn’t that packed when I went (around 12pm)

Yes, yes, a million times, yes!! This bagel shop is stellar. My partner and I got bagel sandwiches on everything bagels and they were so delicious! We also got a cinnamon sugar bagel toasted with butter that was absolutely scrumptious. Bagel Cafe 21 is like a taste of home (New York that is).

The biggest bagels you’ll ever see in your life! My cinnamon sugar and French toast bagels were to die for. I can usually eat two cranberry bagels for Einstein’s, but not these. I ate my cinnamon sugar one and that was it.

As a special treat I bought a raspberry cream muffin and a blueberry muffin. My husband cut the muffins in half, eating his half and my half went to my daughter and son-in-law’s house. I guess I’ll have to get more, because I never did get to taste them.

Update: Today was my day to have another cinnamon sugar and a chocolate chip muffin. Shhh…just between you and me it was fabulous. Don’t let others know, otherwise they’ll eat them all.
Crispy on the outside and light in the inside it was the perfect muffin. I cut both in half, so I still can have a party later on.

All their bagels are really tasty, and their cream cheeses and breakfast options are well worth the price! I got the honey wheat bagel with eggs and cheese, and my girlfriend on a jalapeño and cheese bagel with bacon and chive cream cheese. Stop heading to the big fast food chains and try out what I think is the best breakfast places in North Richardson!
