This afternoon, I ate a slice of sweet bean jelly. My sister got it from her friend when she was in Tokyo about a week ago. Beautiful pictures of sunflowers were printed on the box of the sweet bean jelly. When I took a close look at it, I also found that English explanation was printed on it too.

This became my official "sweet random pie" because so far it has been my most successful pie I've ever made out of all the random things I could find in my kitchen cabinets! We've all been there! Too lazy to find a new recipe, drive to the store, etc etc.
