  The moment that my Mother passed I called Sparkman in Richardson to notify them of her passing. The start of the process began with Madeline who made me feel so at ease. I waited until they came to pick her up at Hospice until she was transported. This team was extremely caring and gave more information to contact Sparkman for any more questions. Madeline scheduled me a time over the phone to come in and to discuss my Mother’s arrangements with Bill Reeves (Funeral Director). This process was so relaxing just talking with Bill and having her arrangements planned just the way my Mother deserved. Even picking out more options for her that I knew she deserved turned out so “Beautiful”, all the flower arrangements I choose from along with her portrait flower arrangement turned out lavishly elegant for such a special Woman in every person that she met or ministered to.
  When I took all of my mother’s pictures and her clothing to Suzanne her warm and friendly experience just made me feel even more comfortable preparing for her services.
  The Thursday evening service so properly done with Mrs. Genna Paulson assisting me with my Mother’s friends and family attending from all over it was a great gathering. The Friday service was evening more incredible with Bill and Genna at Sparkman. The Fellowship was impeccable in English & Spanish and having the direction and guidance from them could not have been a complete blessing. Our lunch we had catered was enjoyable to all family & friends in the large reception area along with the coffee lounge on Thursday.
  Our service at DFW National Cemetery continued after we enjoyed and gathered to hear a small word and a few songs that we had planned for my mother. Everyone has since reached out and have told me that this Celebration of Life here at Sparkman will be a Loving Memory.

  They had excellent people at a very difficult time for us. They did everything they could to make our decisions easy with no pressure. I would highly recommend Chris and Adriana . I sincerely don’t know how we would have gotten through this without them.

  All services were very smooth with high quality from the beginning with the paperwork through the end of our mother's funeral. We'd like to thank "Jay" (the director) and Amy (Vietnamese name: Phuoc) since they always found something above and beyond to help, even when not asked. Besides, the staff was very nice and helpful, as well. We highly recommend the services of this place to our friends and....for either prearranged plans or immediate services. Excellent.   Top notch service and delicate care. They found every opportunity to go above and beyond the "call of duty" for my family when we lost my teenage son last month. They bent over backwards to help us accommodate as much family as possible during covid. I was very impressed and touched by all of the personal care and attention from all of the staff. And it was an absolutely beautiful place to gather and honor his life. We found them because my mother in law had purchased a prearranged plan that also covered her children and grandchildren. This saved us SO much money and we were stunned that such great coverage was offered by Dignity. We are so grateful that we found them! Especially Kristine Reed! (funeral director)

  Despite the circumstances, my family had a very pleasant experience with Sparkman Funeral Home in Richardson. Everyone was pleasant, patient, and provided much needed guidance.
  
  Adriana helped us finalize the details for our dad’s funeral, and she remained by our side all the way through the burial.
  
  Everyone else at the funeral Sparkman, including Suzanne, Amy, Crissy, and Tracy, helped us with arranging the flowers, the casket, transportation, and everything else we needed help with.
  
  My family greatly appreciate the level of professionalism and kindness to help us through a very difficult time. The facilities are superb and the staff is amazing.
