My experience at USTA was nothing short of exceptional. I started my taekwondo journey back in early 2018, at age 13, and it was one of the best decisions I made. Before I joined, I was looking for a hobby in which I could improve my physical health while simultaneously learning how to defend myself. I don't regret joining the academy, as I have gotten exactly what I was looking for as a student.

The instructors at USTA are the best I’ve had, as they dedicate their efforts to making sure that you achieve excellence in every aspect related to taekwondo. Not only that, but they also encourage you to be good in other aspects of life. I can confidently state that Taekwondo had a positive impact on my education and my mannerism. Every belt that I had to go through had a concept attached to it, and each one of these concepts, if taken to heart, would not only translate into excellence in the school, but excellence in all aspects of life.

I got my Black Belt from USTA. Grand Master Alsharif is an amazing teacher along with the entire instructor staff. This is an amazing school for both children and adults.

When I first joined taekwondo I was really nervous. I was not much of a social person nor do I like going outside so much. I prefer to stay home and watch YouTube videos the whole day, as long as I stay in my comfort zone. Never in my life did I think I would come out of my comfort zone and start doing new habits I would have never thought of doing. Being in this taekwondo academy has taught me a lot which made me change who I am today. I know my journey after getting my black belt will be more challenging and more difficult, but I know I will have good outcomes from it.
