Very friendly staff and the doctors there know what they're doing. They use a combination of physical therapy which includes Bicycle, weights, and stretching. They also use electrotherapy, massage chairs, traditional chiropractic services, and my favorite... the separation table. The table stretches the lower half of your body from the upper half, and it's probably the most effective part of the treatment process. The stretch helped me the most.
