I suffer from neuropathy, and she worked with me on different brands and sizes that would give me a larger toe box for walking comfort. It's why I come to your store because of your educated staff who seem to care about their clients. Thank you!
(May 26, 2022, 5:29 pm)David gave stellar customer service. I went in with my husband, who is hard to fix typically, but David brought out 3 pairs and he had a hard time deciding on just one pair. I was impressed by their sizing method which works perfectly!
(April 25, 2022, 5:45 pm)This is a really good small shop for getting running shoes and equipment - especially if you are looking for one-on-one help. We already knew what we were looking for so we didn't take advantage of it, but their staff can help you find what you need and fit you. They even have a machine to scan your foot. From what I observed, each of the staff members were very kind and patient with all the customers, so I would say they have excellent customer service.
We happened to go when they had a good sale, and paid about $100 for two pairs of Saucony shoes!
(March 24, 2022, 5:42 pm)Find a good selection of running shoes. The staff works with you and are happy to bring many shoes to try on. The lady who helped me measured my feet for a shoe size. The Hoka shoes she brought out are a game changer! The shoes have a deep cushion at the bottom. I can walk and not have the pain from my arch. Thank you!
