I chose this facility because of the care they have given to my patients in the past. It has been an excellent experience so far, they are living up to my expectations. It's not the largest facility in the area, and not the fanciest, but their patient care is turning out to be the top.
This is a very nice and clean facility. The staff is always willing to go the extra mile for all the patient's. This is a place I would use if any of my family needed Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living .
I can’t say enough about my appreciation for this home. They took my mother in on very short notice, & made the admissions process very comfortable. Each and every member of the Cottonwood Creek team – nursing, dietary, custodial, activities, office and physical therapy – treated my mom with the utmost of kindness, good humor, and at times, unlimited patience. I can never praise them enough.

Wow the customer service of this place was amazing.. I called to set up a tour and everyone was so friendly and informative..One of the nurses there I believe her name was Yalanda she was AWESOME she put my mind at ease about the care my great aunt would be receiving her and made mind up right then this was the place for her. Thanks to your team you guys really know your stuff...I looked at about 11 places and did not receive the attention I got here..thanks again I know my aunt will be in good hands!!
