“I'm so happy with the management of this apartment complex. I'm currently living here through the COVID-19 outbreak and The Beverly has really stepped up. They offered a blanket percentage off for paying rent on time, and even a percentage off for paying it late. If you paid early you got bonus off. I haven't heard of any other complex doing anything like this. When I lost my job I sent an email to management to let them know what was going on, and received a phone call to put me at ease and to let me know they were ready to work with me. I've never seen the sidewalks overgrown, or dirty. The maintenance team has always shown up on time, or let me know if they were running behind. The staff has always been personable, especially the trash guy! He's gone out of his way to help us out, and it's really appreciated.”
