Our technician, Will, went above and beyond educating me on garage door systems, how to maintain them, and what our options were for our situation. I felt no pressure to go one way or the other, but I wanted to replace a really old system with a new one. Will was able to advise on options, and completed the install the same week. I will definitely go back to Will and Complete Overhead with any future needs.
(August 21, 2020, 3:40 pm)We made an appointment to have our garage door repaired and our technician (Will) was able to arrive several hours earlier than scheduled. After calling to make sure this was convenient, he arrived 15 minutes later, identified the problem, made all adjustments, lubricated the components, tightened all bolts and pointed out some areas to inspect occasionally. True to your coupon of $32 for new customers, our system was repaired and there are no hidden charges. Will was pleasant, polite and professional. Your company was recommended by our neighbor and now we will continue to spread the good word of your outstanding service! Well Done!
