Don't Trade It In

I still can't believe I have sold my car in just one day! Justin was honest, clear and gave me the confidence to sell my car. Avoids interacting people especially during this pandemic. Better price than Vroom offered.

I recently sold my vehicle via the donttradeitin site. The service was exemplary. I was initially skeptical of a remote transaction to sell my vehicle from a different city than this dealership. However, from the excellent price to customer service, dealing with paperwork remotely, picking up my vehicle and no surprises along the way. It was a professional and smooth experience. I specifically want to call out Jae Lee who I worked with directly. He was honest and upfront and worked through the process smoothly. Took the stress out of selling my vehicle. I will definitely do business with them in the future. Great to see that there are honest guys out there, wanting to do the right things for their customers. Fantastic experience in selling our used car! We've previously sold cars on Craig's list when buying new ones (as you get such lousy offers for trade-ins) ... but selling on your own can be a LOT of hassle and time so we were looking for an alternative. Honestly, we were a bit nervous to try this out (was it too good to be true?) but it worked out perfectly. Communication was fast and professional. We got a much better offer than from Carvana and other national companies. In fact, the offer we got here was right in line with Kelly's Bluebook. On our end, the only work was taking photos of the car, sending copies of paperwork and being here when they came to pick it up - we didn't even need to drive anywhere. So much less work and we got the same amount of money, or possibly more, than selling on our own.

Best Experience EVER! I bumped into the "Don't Trade it in" website as I looked for other alternatives to just trading my truck in at the dealership. I am so glad I did. Zach reached out quickly and walked me through the process. They offered a fair price right from the start, worked around my schedule, and were even willing to come to me to complete the transaction. Anthony came out to complete the inspection and the necessary paperwork, he was respectful and very polite. The entire process took 15 to 20 minutes at the most. I would highly recommend them.

I found this store by chance when I surfed website before selling my car. I called Zach to work with him to sell my car before I got there. I was asking him if I can get more price than dealers' offer. He asked me to just bring my car to his store. I brought my car to the store and showed him. It took less than 15 minutes to complete the paper work and I received a check as requested. It was $1000 more than dealers' offer, a whole sale price. Zack was very professional and did his best to take care of me. We had a great chat. My car was only a year and half old with a very low mileage. I was sad to sell my car and lost lots of money. But I felt good because of hope to buy my dream car in the future when I am ready. If you want to sell your vehicle, you do not need to waste your time from dealers or Carmax. Instead, just bring it to Zach and he will make you happy! :)
