The Joy Of Clean | Maid Service

With 12 months into the pandemic, my husband and I were burned out. Working full time at home (day and night), caring for our toddler and managing our household was impacting our physical and mental health. The area we needed the most help was with the upkeep of our busy home.

After my research, I contacted The Joy of Clean; David (owner) provided appreciable information and was always consistent to his words. We immediately booked the ‘Top-to-Button Deluxe’ to start out our year. Our experience with the team (Carol Ann, Mercedes, and Jennifer) was impeccable – they greeted us upon entering our home and wearing masks, communicated very well, coordinated with each other, provided suggestions, asked good questions about our home, and really demonstrated what they set out to accomplish.

My husband and I are very pleased, relieved – satisfied with our experience and the lovely hospitable gestures the team left around our home. That night, we slept good for the first time in a very long time. We are now set for bi-weekly general cleanings.

Great service. Marissa did an exceptional job. She arrived early and went right to work. She was very pleasant, Covid safe, and covered every detail. All the cleaners are very professional and our home sparkles when they are done.

I have found everyone at The Joy of Clean to be very professional and easy to work with. The estimate for cleaning my house was spot on. In fact, I was charged at the lowest end of the estimate. My house is wonderfully clean. Bree is very respectful of my belongings and works very efficiently to get the job done. She is eager to please! I will be using them on a regular basis.

The Joy of Cleaning never ceases to amaze me and this most recent experience was no exception. David is always incredible to work with and Carol Ann (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was FANTASTIC. She’s such a delightful girl and made the most wonderful first impression. I can’t say enough about her sincere personality and work ethic (which was definitely apparent with the quality of cleaning she performed). Unfortunately, due to our friend Covid, I won’t be able to start up frequent cleanings as yet. But rest assured, I will as soon as possible. I will most certainly request Carol Ann moving forward!!
