Greeted by a bit gruff Toni when I arrived. I gathered he was annoyed at a customer over the phone. I’m not crazy about the check in computer process but, they were quick about inspection and got me out of there quick and that earns 5 stars alone from me!!

I’ve taken my car here plenty of times and they’ve always done a fantastic job! The last place I had gone to change my oil had stripped my oil plug. after finding that out, I immediately took my car here and they were able to have my car ready quick and they only charged me 9.99 for the screw issue which was amazing! The owner and staff believe in never taking advantage of your money, they’re always professional and I trust them with anything that happens to my car.

This car shop was referred to me through my warranty company. They are amazing. They have excellent customer service. They do not take advantage of you. This shop is very honest. Fair market price costs. They have changed my mind on mechanic shops. It’s hard to find a good and honest company but this one is. Highly recommend. My go to mechanic shop for my family now.

Took my Subaru to Parkway Car Care for an inspection...the staff were super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help me find local TX DMV and DPS locations, and even got on the phone and called and got addresses and office hours for me. At that time the car was ready to go. Amazing. Can't say enough about what a great experience I had here. I will bring my car back for repairs. This is a place I can trust to take care of me and my car. Thank you to the staff...you are awesome!
