“We are so thankful for the staff at Iris Memory Care of Rowlett. They actually engage the residents rather than simply supervise them. The nursing staff is so in tune with everyone’s health and the activities are amazing (they even go on field trips!). I even have to give a shout-out to the kitchen and janitorial staff. Healthy snacks and delicious meals. Rooms and common areas are always spotless. In short, if you are looking for quality, caring care for your loved one - this is the only place to go.”

“Best optometrist I’ve seen in awhile. She squeezed me for the next day with no appointment. Super nice and down to earth, and the new receptionist is very kind as well. Got me in and out quickly but I still felt like I was important. Even recommended eye drops that would help me, and gave me a sample and coupons. I drove 45 mins to see this dr and it was worth the drive. Don’t choose Walmart over this place; I used Walmart opticians for years and while my Walmart opticians were also competent like this optician was, the customer service at this dr located at Target was head and shoulders above any Walmart optician I’ve seen (and I used different Walmart opticians for years before trying this optician in Target). Glad I took a chance to try somewhere new!”

“I LOVE this place. I have been to two other locations and the customer service has just been HORRIBLE! This Rowlett location is just incredible! Abel is so friendly and is always smiling at you. Mark worked so hard to try and fix my glasses (they’re old and needed an upgrade) and still had such an amazingly kind spirit when he couldn’t. Then Asmaa (I think she’s a manager) was not only able to help me order new glasses, but also fix the ones I have while waiting. They go above and beyond every time I come in here. Definitely deserving of 5 stars.”

“Best Car Dealer I've ever used! I've never been to a car dealer that treats customers as well as Magnetism Motors does. Not only that, but the price they were asking for the car was fair (it was on the lower-end of Kelly Blue Book and NADA). Every other car dealer I've purchased cars from will add Admin Fees, Transportation, Reconditioning, Filing Fees, and more to get the price as high as they can when you walk out. Then the whole negotiating experience is stressful. But Magnetism Motors did NOT do this! The 'out the door' price was just the asking Price + Tax, Tag, Title, and a small dealer fee. Nothing else. Oz was awesome. He allowed us to look at any car at our discretion, he suggested good places to eat around town; we were hungry :) and there was more small-talk and less car-buying talk, which I enjoyed, as not ONCE were we pressured to buy any car on the lot. I personally don't like the whole car-salesman bit; and Oz was very open about letting us inspect the car, test-drive it, and gave us PLENTY of room without hovering over us. I've never been to a dealer that were as nice, professional, and fair as these guys. Thank you Oz and Magnetism Motors!”

He is not a common breed for the south (Samoyed) and she takes such great care of him. They need to be handled with care. Cannot be shaved or anything like that...He loves going to see her and she loves him! They always say he was such a joy to have for the day every time I pick him up. “I had booked a hitch install for today that really needed to happen today. The location called me to let me know their technician was sick and couldn’t do my install as scheduled but I didn’t see the message. When I showed up they asked if they could reschedule me and when I said I needed it done he got on the phone with another local store to ask if they had a someone to do the install and if they had the parts. They could and did, but if they hadn’t had the parts he was gonna send them with me. Outstanding service even though it cost that location the job and much appreciated. Very professional.”
