I was really annoyed and almost left before I was trapped in the line, but decided to wait it out. I get to front and ask if they are short, the young lady explained it was her and a person in training, this she said with a smile. My food was not perfect, but I ate it without complaint, because I knew they did the best they could, it was not bad, but it was not the usual. Unfortunately, employees are not in control of staffing, so lighten up folks. Appreciate the workers that show up to serve you, when no one else will.”

Our experience with the team (Carol Ann, Mercedes, and Jennifer) was impeccable – they greeted us upon entering our home and wearing masks, communicated very well, coordinated with each other, provided suggestions, asked good questions about our home, and really demonstrated what they set out to accomplish. My husband and I are very pleased, relieved – satisfied with our experience and the lovely hospitable gestures the team left around our home. That night, we slept good for the first time in a very long time. We are now set for bi-weekly general cleanings.”

These 3 kiddos can be a challenge but the staff handles every situation perfectly. I saw a comment that a child was dirty when picked up. Yes kiddos get dirty playing. To me that’s a sign that the kiddos are having fun, doing creative crafts, learning ect. It’s not an unhealthy kind of dirty it’s a Wow grandma look what we got to do today! Guess what I learned today. Music to my ears! Any staff that can handle my triplets is a wonderful amazing staff!
