(September 17, 2019, 1:31 pm)I absolutely love going to shop at the Hallmark in Sachse, Texas!! The manager there (Nathan) is a Britain guy, and is the sweetest man! He is always polite, gracious, kind and helpful to get us whatever we are looking for. He always has the cutest and unique items in his store. We love when he has his clearance rack up, too! We get some great buys. I do not like to shop at any other Hallmark. In my book, there is only 1, and that will be where sweet Nathan is! Thank you for still having Hallmark shops around!
(July 6, 2019, 6:50 pm)Best customer service from a male worker. He was so friendly, helped us with a smile and even showed us items off of the beaten path and informed us of future offers. The worker with a British accent is amazing - sorry sir to out your awesome customer service abilities. Love the store.
