The best a/c company in the metroplex! Instead of trying to sell us inside and outside unit, this company was able to replace just the failed component and the chewed up wiring. Jose was transparent, services was realistic and not astronomical. I have used this company for my moms and my mother n laws a/c issues. Jose was on time, found the issues, corrected the issue quickly and again did not price gouge. Both my mom and mother n law would call on Cruz Control Heating and Air for any a/c services. I contacted Cruz Control upon the recommendation by a neighbor and I am so glad I did. On one of the hottest days of the summer, they were able to diagnose and repair our AC unit in one afternoon! Very few companies are able to do this. I will definitely call them in the future!
