“My overall experience was great. The office, restroom, and exam rooms were clean. I did everything on Zocdoc which is where I found them. I filled out all my paperwork online so when I got there I waited 5 minutes or less. My insurance was already verified so that was a plus. The nurse practitioner was extremely nice and listened to what I wanted. Provided all the necessary information. I would definitely recommend and go back in the future.”

“Trying to understand the bad reviews. So far I can't say I have any real complaints. Do I think they could do some things better? Sure I do. But you have that with any company. For the most part this is a regional company, so if you looking to get 3000 miles per week it's probably not the place for you, but they were up front about that with me. My dispatcher has been more than fair and is willing to talk things out and make adjustments if needed. I have made a mistake or two while here, but they have been willing to work thru it and have always treated me with respect. So far I have always gotten home when they said I would, give a day or two, but that's expected, it is trucking after all. Overall I think it's a good company, and I have worked for numerous different ones. I would recommend them. You will never find a so called perfect company that meets every one of your expectations, it's all about give and take. Over all, no complaints from me.”

“For about 9 months I had been dealing with painful plantar fasciitis in my right foot. I hated the thought of getting injections, but the pain was unbearable. I was considering seeing a specialist when a friend suggested I see a chiropractor. Dr. Word was recommended to me by my daughter so I made an appointment and was hopeful but skeptical. Dr. Word began a series of laser treatments on my foot. Each treatment only took a few minutes. After the first treatment, I could see immediate improvement even though there was still pain. The first week I went twice. For the next few weeks I went weekly. After about 5-6 treatments, my foot is well. It is wonderful to be able to stand and walk on that foot virtually pain free. I’m so glad that I met Dr. Word and was able to get the laser treatments. Dr. Word is very knowledgeable and his staff is wonderful. I will continue to see Dr. Word in the event of future flair ups as well as for other medical needs and have recommended him to other family members and friends.”
