“My overall experience was great. The office, restroom, and exam rooms were clean. I did everything on Zocdoc which is where I found them. I filled out all my paperwork online so when I got there I waited 5 minutes or less. My insurance was already verified so that was a plus. The nurse practitioner was extremely nice and listened to what I wanted. Provided all the necessary information. I would definitely recommend and go back in the future.”

All of the cosmetologist are very professional, super friendly, and ALWAYS wear a smile on their faces! “Trying to understand the bad reviews. So far I can't say I have any real complaints. Do I think they could do some things better? Sure I do. But you have that with any company. For the most part this is a regional company, so if you looking to get 3000 miles per week it's probably not the place for you, but they were up front about that with me. My dispatcher has been more than fair and is willing to talk things out and make adjustments if needed. I have made a mistake or two while here, but they have been willing to work thru it and have always treated me with respect. So far I have always gotten home when they said I would, give a day or two, but that's expected, it is trucking after all. Overall I think it's a good company, and I have worked for numerous different ones. I would recommend them. You will never find a so called perfect company that meets every one of your expectations, it's all about give and take. Over all, no complaints from me.”
