I’m not a fan of working out, but this place has really made a difference in how I feel about it. It’s private, and there’s ZERO discomfort or disrespect. It’s just people working out, like it should be. It’s very clean and organized, and the staff is so sweet! I love going each day!

Love this place!!! Very friendly staff. And after working out in the Infrared saunas i always feel so rejuvenated. Before this I quit working out do to bad fitness gym experience. I like that workouts are limited to 3 people a room!!!

Love this gym! I was so skeptical at first, but ended up loving the infrared workouts. I can see a difference in my skin, sleep patterns and core strength. The 24 hour access makes life so much easier when my schedule is out of whack, too. The workouts are challenging and the instructors are on point. The gym is always clean and I just love the Sunnyvale staff. Lexi and Kayden are always so cheerful and helpful. Amanda is straight up hilarious and always welcoming and helpful. The points and challenges are awesome, too. I finally found a gym that my sister will go with me to as well, so I love HW ten times more for that! Love working out with my sis and seeing results for both of us!

24hr access fits my crazy schedule. Offers different classes for all types of fitness levels. I'm 5 months post Gastric Bypass and the 3D training has been amazing for continuing my transformation to a healthy lifestyle. Not only am I losing weight, looking toner, clearer skin the coaches are helping me focus on me and building my inner warrior! ❤️
