(February 25, 2020, 7:56 pm)On Feb. 17 I had to take my son the ER with severe abdominal pain. We got there around 2:30 PM, and he wasn't seen for almost 7 hours. I still give a 5 star rating due to the waiting room being completely full, and the staff doing all they could and then some to see patients. They finally did a CT Scan and lab work and discovered his issue, and referred him to a specialist, who I asked my PC provider about two days later. He said they referred him to one of the best in the area. Although it was hectic, and people were getting impatient, the staff at the hospital were genuinely caring about the patients they were seeing one after the other.
(January 18, 2020, 8:37 am)From the moment we arrived we were well taken care of. From front desk, admissions, advocate care to nurses and doctor. My husband was in good hands. I talked with three different employees and they told me BSW was a great place to work. I felt reassured that he was well taken care of throughout our one day. Thank you for all the communication during his surgery. It helped me not to be anxious. My lunch was good, also. Thank you.

(November 11, 2019, 7:50 am)All the nurse's are well trained and polite even when there very busy. I can't thank them enough for being there through my stay. I can't remember all the names of the nurse's and temps. But i say thank you and a job well done !!!!!!!!!!.
I would like to give Kaylae she's very professional and polite explained everything to me and made my stay there more pleasant.
(October 18, 2019, 8:03 am)I rarely leave reviews, but I honestly couldn't live with myself knowing the staff Didn’t get a pat on the back for the exceptional service they provided me last night. Despite being busy and seeing a lobby full of people I was seen with a sense of urgency, felt I was in good hands the full time I was there from getting tests done quickly to the friendliest hospital staff I’ve seen. Mind you they had no rooms available so i was out in the hall, but none the less had me out within 3 hours and at peace compared to the conditions I walked in there with. the staff that was on the clock between 7pm and later in the ER last night truly are the hero’s who don’t wear capes as corny as it sounds you won’t regret coming here!!
