Park Haven Dental hands down has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Rachel and Dr Browning are the absolute BEST. Give them a visit!!

I would definitely recommend Parkhaven Dental Care in Sunnyvale. This is my first time visiting a dentist in a long time (we'll just leave it that). I don't think that I have ever walked into an office and have the staff tells you, "Hi, Gilmar?" I am thankful that Rachel was there to do just that! I was immediately reassured that I came to the right place.

Since I had filled out the new patient form online, my wait time was really minimal (I think I sat and looked at the time and I was called).

The one critic I may have to add will be the initial x-ray machine, that sucker was a beating, felt like I was playing football and I was being tackled. Tiffany, being the Rockstar that I am sure she is, helped the process along and we were able to score a touchdown on that x-ray machine!

Tiffany took me to the prep room and started telling me what was going to happen and what to expect also, answering my many questions. All the time she has a great attitude!

Dr. Browning comes next and continues to tell me what is going to happen and what to expect. She determined I needed a deep clean and 2 fillings. The process was not as painful as I expected it to be and her and Tiffany were awesome during the whole thing.

***IMPORTANT*** Dr. Browning did not shame me for not seeing a dentist in (X amount of years). Instead she stated, that outside of not seeing a dentist, my teeth were in an okay condition. I really liked the way she stated it.

I am going start bringing my family here since they are so great and awesome that I'm sure that my wife and kids will be in good hands.

Oh snap.....I have turned this review into a book lol....

Parkhaven is the best! I will definitely be staying with them as Rachel and the dentist Jennifer (I can’t recall her last name) are just so kind and thorough! If I have a question they explain it to me and understand my concerns. They really help me feel at ease. Highly highly recommend!

Great customer service! Dentist and all the staff are very personable . This is the only place I’ve used so far the dentist does the cleaning. They don’t over charge you. My family especially kids loves the staff there. I highly recommend this place for dental works
