  I had a great experience with FSI. I ordered some products online from them about two weeks ago. A day or so after I placed the order, I received a call from someone at FSI but, unfortunately, I did not get his name. What I did get was an example of great customer service. In looking at my order, he had figured out what I was trying to do with my project and thought that I may have misunderstood a small part that I had ordered. He was right. I told him that I was building a gate, with an alarmed safety latch, on a deck to keep my grandson away from a pool when he visits. When I put that deck up and the pool in about twenty years ago, there were no small children around. With a grandson, I now had a project to do. The FSI man said “that’s what I thought” and he made sure that I understood the safety cap for the hinges that I had ordered. He rectified the order on the phone and I was good to go. I was grateful for his attention to detail.
  You can order a lot of stuff on places like Amazon but what you can’t get there is the kind of great customer service that I got from Fence Supply Inc. The person handling the order did not have to call but he did. I was very glad to have found this business in my search for parts for my project. If you want great, proactive, customer service, buy from these people.

  Just wanted to let you know the stained boards look great! Thanks again for all your help with my order. You and the other staff that helped with loading were very helpful. It’s nice feeling when you receive such good customer service from everyone involved in a company!
