“I’m am blown away by the kindness that this staff and office provided to us during this hard time of putting our family dog down last minute. I believe her name was Misty, sorry if I got that wrong but, her words were so comforting from the first time I called her that morning to the last minutes with Penny. We have had to put a dog down before, and they sent us home with her in a bag. This office gave us our loved one in a small cardboard casket for burial, and even drew a heart where her head was laid. The vet explained every step in the process while comforting us, but let us take as much time as we needed with her during her last minutes.”
