The store has gone from a inconsistent and run down establishment to one that is clearly seeing attention and improving rapidly. The quality of the food as well as the attentiveness at the register has improved greatly. The manager is often visible and fully engaged. Keep rocking it old-school! If you only have one chance to go, the apple pie is the gold standard. My personal favorite is the buttermilk pie when its available One of the most impressive aspects is that if you dont see a particular pie on the menu at the time, let them know and you may see it in the future. The folks working are always very friendly & I love their soda fountain - large foam cups, Diet Coke & GOOD ice! As for the cookies, you can taste the quality of the ingredients & freshness. I think my favorite is the oatmeal chocolate chip. My only complaint is the parking in Snider Plaza is atrocious 24/7.”
